UEFA 003 - Fribourg

UEFA 003 Fribourg

Psssttt...from now on I will assigned sequential numbers to the title, to prevent me from making wrong posting. Let me know if the number suddenly jump...>>>Fast Forward>>>

After Isyak prayer Muhammad showed me to a fun fair. Along the way I saw the same maiden I saw in the Airport Bus, this morning. She was with her friends. I still had not found my lost courage.

Muhammad was always pestering me to shoot his photographs. I began to get tired of him.

Finally, I bring down my curtain and told Muhammad that I was tired and need to sleep early to catch an early morning train to Heerbrugg.

I spoke in broken Arabic and Muhammad in broken English. Somehow we managed to interact quite fluently. Good enough for me to record Muhammad’s address in Egypt, where, he wanted me to post his photographs. We bid goodnight with Salam.

The next day, at the train station, I checked in my luggage into the luggage compartment, so that I could travel light with only a Swiss map and a camera in my sling bag.

I managed to get a student pass at the railway station, despite, being 33. It was recommended to me by the man at the train counter. This special pass entitled me to a discount fare in the train, bus and ferry services, anywhere in Switzerland for 30 days.

I boarded the 8am train to Zurich. In Zurich I need to change to another train to Chur, which will ply along Heerbrugg. The train ticket was prepaid up to Heerbrugg Railway Station.

I enjoyed the 8-hour train ride, entertained by the beautiful scenery and charming langky European maidens. The train prowl by the western side of lake Lac Le’man passing through the towns of Versoix, Nyon, Renens, Lausanne, Puidoux-Chexbres, Fribourg and the capital city Bern. The secenery was frantically funtastic, if you appreciate nature, otherwise you may still be thinking that you are looking at the seceniric calendar poster in your office.

I think I will always remember Fribourg, after seeing it and knowing it was the birthplace of Deanna Yusof, a beautiful model who turned into a Malaysian actress, daughter of a Swiss mother and a Malaysian Malay father.

From Bern onwards I was able to record the time. At 12:54 the train reached Burgdorf. At 13:06 it reached Herzogenbuchsee. Olten at 13:21 and Aarau at 13:30. Here, I saw the world-renowned Kern Survey Instruments factory. You can see the time in the attached map.

Then it came to Rupperswil, Lenzburg, where I saw the Hero jam factory. Then we came into the first tunnel and reached Dietikon. By now I have forgotten to record the time.

Shortly later we enter the business town, Zurich. Here the train stopped for quite a while. I had to change to another train at another platform. The station attendants were very polite and concerned that I should get the right train.

  2. That one bit I must admit, that I couldn't remember anymore.

Give me the benefit of the doubt, I think I must have sent it, seeing that, I always try to keep to my words.

But as you can see from this incident, I don't feel quite comfortable to have a very close friend, with exception to 2 persons, Akram & Donald, both I came to know when I was working in Diethelm.

Well I suppose in life, we have to be cautious.

I think beeing to close to someone is being too much attached to this worldly affairs and also, it means I became tight down to someone.

Everytime I have to consider him.

It is different from a marriage, where, I dedicated myself to my spouse and my family.

I guess it is fated by ALLAH, that we are willing to sacrifice when come to marriage.

Even then, how would you know you are fated to that person (jodoh)?

I came off track to marriage, seeing that it is an important phase of our life.

We have to admit that some marriage cannot stay for too long.

So, even in marriage we have to provide some reservation that, just in case, if the spouse, happen to be not responsible and do not conform to the marriage's agreement, then, ALLAH The Most Merciful, has provided a provision for divorce.

So do not let ourselves be bullied and pressurised by our spouse. If that happen, then, we got to let our family members know, so that people do not take advantage of us.

So when Muhammad was seeing taking advantage of me, then I felt he was not a good friend, but rather an oppurtunist.
